STORE OPENING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm - warm season hours (no notice required for product pick up)
FARM OPENING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm - warm seasons hours (please contact first for product pick up)
SATURDAY STORE PICKUP: 9:00am to 12:00pm (no notice required for product pick up)
TURF PICK UP: minimum 48hrs' notice required - minimum order 5m²
FARM: Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm (minimum 48hrs' notice required)
STORE: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00am to 4:30pm (minimum 48hrs' notice required) pickups scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday will be transferred to the store on Tuesday and Friday accordingly.
Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm (minimum 72hrs' notice required) - turf will be transferred to the store on Friday by 10:00am

** All store pickups are handload or a pallet deposit of $200 per pallet will be required to be paid prior to the pallet being loaded with the forklift.
** Please note orders over 30m² will require a minimum 5ft wide trailer with dual axle to handle weight of turf or a large tray back ute (not a well body as the pallet will not fit between wheel arches). If the pallet does not fit in the ute or trailer the turf will need to be handloaded by the purchaser to prevent unnecessary damage to turf or ute or trailer.
** If the trailer has a loading ramp it must be able to be removed as the forklift can not load with the loading ramp in place.
